Victoria Beckham’s fashion and beauty business has recorded its first operating profit since it was founded in 2008, marking a significant turnaround after years of losses.
Victoria Beckham Holdings Ltd made an operating profit of £7.3 million in 2025, compared with an operating loss of £1.6 million the previous year, according to its latest accounts.
The company’s revenue also increased by 15% to £129.8 million, up from £112.7 million in 2024, marking its fifth consecutive year of double-digit revenue growth.
Victoria Beckham, who serves as the company’s creative director, said the turnaround followed years of work to address challenges within the business.
“We have all worked hard for a long time for this moment of profitability and growth,” she told the Financial Times.

The company said both its fashion and beauty divisions contributed to the improved performance, with fashion recording strong double-digit growth in 2025.
Demand was particularly strong for tailoring, occasion wear and premium daywear, while the beauty business, launched in 2019, recorded one of its strongest performances.
A major driver of the beauty division was the popularity of its Foundation Drops, which attracted a waiting list of about 25,000 customers and helped more than double the size of the skincare business.

The turnaround follows a period of financial difficulty for the company. A Netflix documentary released last year highlighted the struggles Beckham faced while attempting to establish herself as a fashion designer and build a profitable business.
The company had accumulated substantial losses before receiving financial support from her husband, former footballer David Beckham, and later securing a £30 million investment from NEO Investment Partners in 2017 in exchange for a 30% stake.

The investment was followed by a restructuring of the business and tighter control of costs.
Chief executive of Victoria Beckham, Sybille Darricarrère Lunel, described the first operating profit as an important milestone, attributing the result to several years of disciplined management and strategic investment.
The company said growth has continued into 2026, with sales recording double-digit growth in the first half of the year.
It is also preparing to expand its physical presence, with a new flagship store planned for Mercer Street in New York in September, bringing its fashion, beauty and fragrance offerings together under one roof.
Victoria Beckham launched her fashion label in 2008, before expanding into beauty in 2019. The business is primarily owned by Victoria and David Beckham, with NEO Investment Partners holding a 30% stake.
